Product Description
Horizontal Integrated Twin-Screw Extruder Gearboxes For Rubber And Plastic is a specialized mechanical drive device designed for conical twin-screw extruders. The integrated design combines the distribution box and transmission box, offering compact structure, easy installation, and simplified debugging. The gearbox reduces speed and increases torque from the master motor before transferring power to the distribution box's long shaft, which drives the short shaft through precision cone screw gears with a 1:1 drive ratio.

Applications
